Are you available for presentations?

Yes, we are happy to present and offer a variety of topics. Feel free to contact us to discuss the topics and the fee structure that will work best.

Do you only work with individuals or do you work with groups?

How long does coaching take?

Every client is different. In our initial conversation, we will map out how many sessions would most benefit you based on your specific goals. Many of our clients choose our three-session package, which offers the opportunity to work on multiple items.
